Is the buffet open

Yes but no hibachi or sushi bar.

How much do it cost for 1 person?

I think it's around ten bucks. My father took us there so I didn't have the opportunity to pay. I do know soda is separate so we drank water with lemon.

Buffet is about 10-12 $ and I believe they have the crab legs today on Fridays

Pretty big (it's Brockport) plus fresh create your own grill. Around $25 for 2. Not bad (it's Brockport ; )
